  In the summer of 2012, I began looking for a real estate agent. I interviewed 6 agents, including Karen. All of the agents seemed well-qualified and experienced. The factors that made me decide on signing with Karen were that she had a good grasp of the many details of marketing, how to generate hopefully, multiple offers, negotiating, how to decide which buyer to go with in the case of multiple offers, etc. One of her better qualities was that she can state clearly what she thinks, or wants without being overly aggressive. I had already put quite a bit of money and labor into upgrading the house, and was not too happy when some of the agents I was interviewing suggested that I had to put more effort and money into doing several more projects. Karen was able to tell me that because we were in a hot seller's market, not much more remodelling had to be done, but that staging the house would be a good idea. After I signed the listing agreement with Karen, as the process moved forward, I was further reassured by Karen's descriptions of what to expect at each step. The people she scheduled for the different inspections and the staging all did good work. I was especially happy with the staging. She also kept the project going when I had to go out of town for 11 days. We were able to communicate by phone and email and not have any delays in the process. I had some security measures in place when the house was empty, and Karen helped me monitor that these were working correctly when I had to be gone for days at a time. In the end, my house was sold with multiple offers for a satisfactory price. As time went on, I became more and more convinced that Karen's claim of having been one of Century 21's top 10 selling agents was true. As she was helping me sell my house, she also managed to close several other deals that she was working on. I had a very good experience in working with Karen, and would recommend her without reservation.

  Karen was simply amazing. We were a first time home buyer, and we had very little information about the whole buying process, and Karen took care of almost everything. She was super proactive, and kept tabs on everything that was important. She went well beyond what is expected of a real estate agent, and we are very very happy that we chose her.

  Karen is professional, knowledgeable, a good negotiator, has great follow-up and has a get-it-done attitude. She is honest, upfront and has integrity. No fuss. No drama. I lived in a condo complex, which has a homeowners association (HOA). I wanted to use a Realtor who knew well the complexities of HOAs. She did a great job start to finish. Excellent communication skills. She kept me in the loop. She answered my many questions. I will use her again when I purchase. Knowing she was handling all the details, reduced my stress tremendously.
