    My company relocated from Toronto to Northern California in 2012. The Regus location on East Hamilton is well located and accessible by major highways and also resides next to the Los Gatos recreational trail (which is great for an after-work run). The support team (Joanne, GiGi, Ira, and Rosie) take their job quite seriously and professionally and are some of the best I've ever encountered. In addition to being highly efficient, they are supremely pleasant and help make any working day a great day to be in the office.

    Terrible company! I found out that for two months this year, they were just holding my money. Once I called to find out what was going on, they said I need to open a new account, and then they would transfer the money over. They had no reason why no one told me; I wonder how many months would have gone by. I asked that they add any interest I would have made, and they said ok, but didn't. On top of that, they've charge me one admin fee for April, and three separate admin fees for May. They are claiming it's Fidelity charging them, but it's not true.

    Dave at JD Van Nest and Associates is a broker you will want to do business with year after year. This guy always picks up his phone. I have had an emergency on a Saturday afternoon and was unsure how to fill out the health provider information and thought I would just take a chance hoping I would reach Dave. Guess what...he answered his phone and was able to walk me thru the process. He always picks up! If you want a health insurance agent that knows what he is talking about, will make sure you have the best coverage and answers his phone...talk to Dave!
